• Upon receiving your wedding glass shards, the processing time for creating your personalized wedding keepsake is 1 to 6 weeks, depending on the number of shard packages received simultaneously.
• Rest assured, I always strive to complete the process as quickly as possible. I will ship your package with great care and attention to ensure safe delivery as soon as the product is finished.
• I utilize a private shipping company that provides tracking and signature confirmation for all packages. International shipments typically take 2 to 5 business days, while shipments within Israel take 2 to 3 business days.

Please be aware that the items will be shipped from Tel Aviv.
