Terms & Conditions

Items to purchase made to order :
Talia-c.com is located in Israel, all orders made to be sent are sent from Tel Aviv. 
Artwork made to order may vary slightly from the photos shown on the purchase page. 

The delivery time for sending the purchase mentioned on the purchase page is as an indication but is not guaranteed because it is not under Talia-c.com's control. Delays can happen and need to be taken in consideration when purchase the order.
It should be noted that the delivery date determined by Talia is only an approximate delivery date, and that there may be changes and / or delays at this date for which the customer will not be entitled to any compensation and / or indemnification.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Talia-c.com is not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

Cancellation:
Talia-c.com accepts cancellations within: 1 hour of purchase.
After 1 hour of purchase, Talia-c.com will
not accept any cancellations.
But please contact Talia-c.com if you have any problems with your order.

 

Custom-made glass art piece :
By consenting to the terms and conditions, customer hereby understand that the items he's ordering are hand made, made to order items that are created in Talia's studio specifically for customer order. 

Once the order is placed we do not allow alterations to technique, size, material, colors or designs.

Talia-c.com is not responsible for any errors in the final product caused by information provided by customer (including sizes, colors, material and finish selections).

Special orders and custom-made orders are not returnable, exchangeable or refundable for any reason.

With purchasing the item, the customer agrees and is aware that the item is made with glass and tin and is highly fragile, the customer knows that he must handle with care the item and always wash hands after touching it. 

Workshop ticket purchase policy:
Workshop registration is only confirmed when full payment has been received from a participant.

If sufficient confirmed registrations have not been received two days in advance of the scheduled starting date, the workshop may be cancelled.

In the unlikely event that the workshop is cancelled, all confirmed participants will be notified immediately and receive a full refund.

If a participant chooses to cancel their confirmed registration, or cannot or does not attend the workshop, the following refunds will apply:

• The registered participant may invite another person to substitute their place in the workshop (in which they are registered) at any time at no charge;
• If notice is received 2 or less days from the scheduled starting date, no refund will be offered; and
• If notice is received 3 to 6 days from the scheduled starting date, a 50% refund will be offered; or the registred participant may change date with another available pubished date of Talia-c.com's workshop at no charge.
• If notice is received 7 or more days from the scheduled starting date, a 97% refund will be offered (3% = registration fee).

If a workshop is postponed due to a National or Worldwide Pandemic (whether through Government restrictions or concerns about participant's health and safety, all workshops will be rescheduled when it is safe to do so (not cancelled).  Registred participant tickets will remain valid. 

 

 

Courses Policy:
Any course purchased is non-refundable and non-transferable. Participant should ensure they are able to attend all the lessons before booking, otherwise kindly choose another date to start the course. For a change of date, kindly contact Talia 1 week prior to the start of the course. No refunds will be provided for no-shows or cancellations without 1 week’s notice.

Private Event Booking Policy : 
Deposit – a non-refundable 50% deposit of the total amount shall be payable on confirmation of the order. 
The remaining 50% – the balance of the total amount shall be payable prior to the event date.
If the customer wants to cancel his booking, he must notice the cancellation by email to taliaglassart@gmail.com as soon as possible. The event can be postponed to another date that is suitable for the customer and Talia.

If the private event is postponed due to a National or Worldwide Pandemic (whether through Government restrictions or concerns about participant's health and safety, all private events will be rescheduled when it is safe to do so (not cancelled).  


Payments information:
Talia C. keeps your payment information secure. Talia C. never receives your credit card information.

 

Return Policy

Talia-c.com gladly accepts exchanges.
Contact Talia-c.com within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery


Customer is responsible for return shipping costs in a case of an exchange of items. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalized orders
- Digital downloads

Should an item be damaged during shipment because of an error or mishap on the part of the shipping agent, talia-c.com is not responsible for replacing said item.
