3. Upon receiving your wedding glass shards, the creation process for your personalized wedding keepsake begins. The processing time is typically 1 to 6 weeks, depending on the number of packages of glass shards I receive at the same time.

• (Optional) Resin Tray: If you choose to add a resin tray to your Resin Candlesticks, it will be thoughtfully included as part of your purchase. The resin tray complements the candlesticks and serves as a practical and stylish base for them.

If you choose to add a tray to your Resin Shabbat Candlesticks, please be aware that it will be filled with paper foil if I don't receive enough glass shards from you. Rest assured that the addition of paper foil will complement the design beautifully, ensuring a cohesive and elegant finish to your candlesticks.

Your resin Candlesticks, including the optional resin Tray, are elegantly packaged. With care and attention, your wedding keepsakes are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery. Please note that the shipping cost for sending your glass shards to my studio is not included in the purchase. To ensure a smooth process, I kindly ask you to follow these instructions when shipping your glass shards:

• Research the best options with post offices and shipment companies in terms of cost, duration, security, and tracking. Prices may vary among different providers.
• Provide my contact details (phone number
  and email) to the shipping provider.
• Select "GIFT" as the category of the item
  and describe the content as "Glass."
• When indicating the value of the shipment,
  do not exceed $20 to avoid customs
  duties and delays.
• Do not use USPS upgraded shipping. (You
  can use standard USPS with tracking #)
