Shipment label from USA to Israel with DHL express for international.

Available to add to an existing order only that requires to ship the wedding glass shards or wedding dried flowers to my studio at Tel Aviv, or with previous agreement by message with me.

Package Preparation Instructions
You will need:
- A bubble wrap envelope (maximum 6 inches x 9 inches)
- A sealed plastic bag
- Aluminum foil
- A transparent pouch
- Adhesive tape
- PDF provided, printed (all pages)

Package preparation:
Please prepare the package with the shards as follows:
- Place the glass fragments in a sealed plastic bag.
- Wrap the plastic bag with one layer of aluminum foil.
- Insert it into the bubble wrap envelope.
- Include a note inside the envelope with the buyer’s name and the reference number of the previous related purchase.
- Seal the envelope securely.
✅ Ensure the package weighs no more than 1.1 lb (500 grams).
✅ Ensure the package is no larger than 6 x 9 inches (23 x 18 cm).

Process:

1) After purchase, send me a picture of the package along with its weight and dimensions.
2) Up to 3 business days, I'll send you by email the PDF with the shipping label.
3) Print the label and all papers you've received in the PDF.
4) Print all pages with the DHL label. Place the Shipment Label on top, fully visible, unfolded. Place other pages behind, folded if needed. Insert all pages in a transparent pouch and attach it to the package, ensuring only the Shipment Label is visible.
5) Take clear photos of the package (front and back) once it is ready and send them to me by message.
6) DHL USA will contact you to arrange collection.
7) When the DHL delivery driver arrives to pick up the package, ensure they scan it in front of you. If they do not, either take a photo of the driver holding the package or, if that is not possible, ask the driver for proof of pickup.
8) Send me the proof or confirm by message as soon as the package has been picked up.
9) I'll let you know as soon as I have received the package.
