Sending Your Items
Whenever possible, I recommend delivering your items personally to my Tel Aviv studio.If shipping is necessary, please wrap each item securely in several layers of bubble wrap and use a sturdy box. I strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.Please note that the cost of delivering or shipping your items to my studio is not included in the order price and is the customer's responsibility.
 
How It Works
Send me photos of your items for review via WhatsApp at +972 54 947 5022.
Choose your design and place your order.
Bring or ship your items to my Tel Aviv studio.
Approve the layout I prepare for you.
Your keepsake is handcrafted (approximately 2–8 weeks).
Receive a photo of the finished piece.
Pick up your keepsake or have it shipped to you.

High-quality crystal-clear epoxy resin and your cherished personal items.
 
Care Instructions
• Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth
• If needed, wipe with a slightly damp cloth
• Do not use harsh or abrasive cleaners
• Avoid direct or indirect sunlight
• Keep away from heat sources, fire, and extreme temperatures
• Handle with care
• Display on a stable, flat surface

Shipping
Whenever possible, I recommend collecting your artwork directly from my studio in Tel Aviv.
If you choose shipping, your keepsake will be carefully and securely packaged with great attention to detail to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully presented.
Within Israel, orders are shipped with a private courier service. International orders are shipped with trusted carriers such as FedEx or DHL.

Customs & Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
