THE PROCESS:
1) After purchase, get the address of my studio.
2) Send me the wedding dried flowers (the cost of this delivery is not included in this purchase).
3) After receiving your wedding dried flowers, the processing time to create your wedding keepsake is 2 to 6 weeks, depending on order volume. Be sure that I always do my best to make it as fast as possible.
MATERIALS:
The hanging heart is made of epoxy resin, dried flowers, cord, and mini glass stones.
PERSONALIZATION OPTIONS:
- Choose the color of the decorative elements: silver, rose gold, or gold.
- Add a custom inscription on the heart, made with vinyl and embedded in the resin.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
• This purchase does not include the cost of shipping/delivering your dried wedding flowers to my studio in Tel Aviv.
• Any leftover dried flowers that were not used to create the jewelry piece will be shipped back to you. If you sent too many and the extra dried flowers do not fit in the jewelry package, they will not be returned to you.
• Some flowers dry better than others in terms of appearance and color, and their colors may change once embedded in resin. All resin will naturally yellow over time, especially when exposed to sunlight, and bubbles are common in resin pieces.
• Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for any delays due to customs.
• Buyers are responsible for choosing the shipping company that will ship their wedding dried flowers to my studio in Tel Aviv, and any delays or problems that may occur with the shipping are not under my responsibility.
• The processing time mentioned for this item is about 10 weeks, I selected the maximum processing time in order to let you the time to send me your wedding dried flowers.
• If you choose the kit that includes the mezuzah, please note that the scroll is not included.
• After purchase, it is required for the shipment company to provide the RECIPIENT'S PHONE NUMBER AND EMAIL Please write it in our common box message or in the personalization box just after or with your purchase in order to respect delivery time.
CREATION:
Please consider your design will be similar but not identical to the cover photo. Each creation is unique because it is handmade and will be created according to your specific dried flowers and choice.
Be sure that I will put all my heart to make it the most spectacular possible.

SIZES :
Hanging Hamsa: 3.14 inches X 3.93 inches (8 cm X 10 cm).
SHIPPING THE DRIED FLOWERS:
1) Pack and Ship the dried flowers: Lay a piece of tissue paper flat on a table. Arrange your dried flowers on the tissue paper. Carefully fold the tissue paper over the flowers to create a neat bundle. Use clear tape to secure the tissue paper, so the flowers are well-protected and won't shift during shipping. Take a small bubble wrap envelope that can comfortably fit the dried flowers. Gently slide the bundled flowers into the envelope. Be careful not to crush or damage the flowers during this process.
2) Choose Shipping with Tracking: Select a shipping method of your choice, ensuring it provides a tracking number. USPS is a popular choice, typically costing under $19, including tracking.
IMPORTANT: When indicating the value of the shipment, do NOT exceed $10 to avoid customs duties and delays.
3) Notification: I'll notify you as soon as I receive your package with the dried flowers.
4) Artwork Creation: I'll create the wedding keepsake.
5) Ready for Shipping: I'll inform you when the wedding keepsake is ready to be packed.
6) Secure Packing and Shipping: I'll carefully pack and ship the keepsake to its destination.
SHIPPING:
- I carefully pack all items to ensure they are safe and secure during shipping.
- I ship packages via private carriers such as DHL Express or FedEx (tracked and signed). Delivery takes approximately 2 to 5 business days internationally and within Israel.
- After purchase, the shipping company requires the recipient's PHONE NUMBER and EMAIL. Please provide this information in the message box or personalization box at checkout to avoid delays in delivery.
Handling and care:
- Do not use harsh cleaners on your art piece.
Wipe with a damp cloth if necessary.
- Do not put the art piece in contact with heat sources or direct contact with fire.
- (for candlesticks) Make sure that the candle wax is not in direct contact with the resin candlestick. Use a suitable aluminum foil or metal liners/cup.
- To keep your art piece in its optimum condition, for as long as possible, do not expose the art piece to direct or indirect sunlight.
