Send me your wedding glass shards after the wedding to create with and turn it out into a stand.
 
THE PROCESS:
1. Within 3 working days, I will send you the first package (glass, pouch).
2. After the wedding, you will send back to me the shards (the cost of this delivery is not included in the kit).
3. After receiving your wedding glass shards, the processing time to create your wedding keepsake is 1 to 6 weeks, depending on the number of packages of glass shards I receive at the same time (be sure that I always do my best to make it as fast as possible).

MATERIALS:
The heart stand is in epoxy resin and glass (your glass shards). Paper foil and rhinestones are added to bring a chic and classy touch to the piece.

YOU CAN PERSONALIZE YOUR GIFT WITH:
The color of the foil flakes I'm using with the resin: silver, rose gold, gold.
To add or not the first names of the lovely couple and wedding date, you can also choose the color of the writing letters (silver, rose gold, gold, black) and the language (English or Hebrew).
The color of the glass (green, light blue, blue, grey & gold, grey & silver, light pink, dark pink, salmon, gold, gold & rose, purple).
and the shape of the glass (A "Champagne" or B "Kitchen").

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Please note that the kit does not include the cost of the shipment of the glass shards to me, after the Chuppah.
- Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for any delays due to customs.
- I cut and reshape the glass shards to embellish the design and make it harmonious.-
- If I don't receive enough glass shards to make the artwork(s), and only if necessary, I'll add glass shards I have in my possession, which I'll mix with your glass shards.
- Colors of glasses and shards may vary from photos but will be very similar. Please consider your design will be similar but not identical to the cover photo. Each creation is unique because it is handmade and will be created according to your specific shards and choices. Be sure that I will put all my heart to make it the most spectacular possible.

I will ship your beautiful wedding keepsake, to you, up to 40 business days after receiving the glass shards.

I pack the items with great care and attention, safely for shipping.

I ship the packages with a private shipping company (traced and signed), each shipment has a duration of 2 to 5 business days for international and 2 to 3 business days in Israel.

Please note that I ship from Tel Aviv.

If the delivery is in Europe, UK or Canada, please note that import tax/fee will probably be applied by customs, based on the amount of the purchase and is under buyer responsibility (I mention it here because it is important to me that you will have a wonderful shopping experience with me and my shop and no bad surprises 🤗).

If you are in Israel:

You can ship your wedding glass shards.

Or drop it at my studio in Tel Aviv (please set up appointment via Whatsapp before coming 054-947 5022).

If you are located outside of Israel:

Your glass fragments are very precious, find out what are the best options you can have with the post office/shipment companies and choose what ways is the best for you for providing me your glass shards (cost - duration – security - tracking).

Please note that there is a difference in the price for more or less the same service with each different private shipment company and post office.

Send the glass shards in the secure envelope I provided with your first shipment or in a small box. I recommend that you wrap your glass shards with 2 sheets of aluminum foil that you insert in a small closed plastic bag.

Provide, to the post office/shipment company, my phone number and my email.

WHEN INDICATING THE VALUE OF THE CONTENT TO SHIP, DO NOT VALUE IT MORE THAN $20, otherwise, customs duties will be applied and it will delay at customs.

When you select the category of the item, DO NOT SELECT merchandise, SELECT GIFT, otherwise, it will delay at custom, and they will request from me a proof of purchase which there is no because I'm not the buyer, I'm the seller.

Don’t ship with EMS otherwise an extra fee will be applied at package’s arrival, in Israel.

Do not use harsh cleaners on your art piece.

Wipe with a damp cloth if necessary.

Do not put the art piece in contact with heat sources or direct contact with fire.

(For candlesticks/holders) Make sure that the candle wax is not in direct contact with the resin candlestick. Use a suitable aluminum foil or metal liners/cup.

To keep your art piece in its optimum condition, for as long as possible, do not expose the art piece to direct or indirect sunlight.
